Introductions

Thank you for taking the time to talk with me today. My name is Emily Raines with the Maryland Economic Development Corporation (MEDCO).

The structure for the telephone interview is as follows:

First, I will describe more about MEDCO

Second, I will provide a summary of the Administrative Coordinator role.

Third, I have several questions to ask you to see how this position lines up with your background and interests. This is your chance to tell me about your background and how it may fit with this job.

Fourth, in our wrap-up, I will describe next steps to you.

The Job In A Nutshell
This Administrative Coordinator will be supporting the Operations, Project Development, and Executive Team. This person will work with the team on Capital Grants, change order coordination, payment processing, and recordkeeping for MEDCO projects, as well as providing administrative support to the office..

This is a very hands-on position, and a great opportunity to learn about Economic Development and the administrative process.
