With an extensive background in quality and compliance, NextLOGiK developed CompWALK, a cloud-based, online and mobile solution that automates compliance, inspections, and risk management operations. CompWALK reduces the time it takes to complete assessments and issue reports with an optional enterprise application for more complex business processes. NextLOGiK is also developing a web and mobile platform to better manage farm food safety regulations that will be launched later this year. In addition to compliance solutions, NextLOGiK also offers custom website design, mobile application development, and managed network services.

Position Summary

The Account Representative will be responsible for supporting revenue and growth initiatives surrounding CompWALK. This person will play an integral role in supporting the Director of Marketing and Operations by generating qualified leads through marketing campaigns and outreach, building relationships, networking with the public (at trade shows and meetings), and developing product knowledge. The successful candidate will help generate sales and revenue, particularly for our CompWALK.farm platform. This position will offer career development and growth with a company known for outstanding client service and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Sales
  • Take inbound sales leads and schedule meetings with contacts.
  • Enter sales and marketing information into HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets and research.
  • Research multiple market segments, industry trends, trade publications and regional territories (ie, Agriculture, Healthcare, Facilities Management).
  • Marketing: help execute advertising campaigns, write blogs, and create content that would interest and engage potential clients.
Account Management
  • Build effective relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Nurture leads provided by the Director of Marketing and Operations.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction through our Marketing post-sale process.
  • Research and share product knowledge of farm safety and food safety regulations.
Networking
  • Represent NextLOGiK at external events (meetings, symposiums, trade shows, etc.) by being highly informed about our technology, products and services and providing a professional and positive first impression at all events.
  • Follow-up with leads from symposiums and trade shows including entering information into HubSpot system and ensure product demos and customer follow-up is handled by key staff.
  • Support the Marketing & Operations Director with marketing and sales support and handling the logistics of national and regional events.
  • Nurture relationships with relevant industry associations and membership groups who would have an affinity for CompWALK products (i.e., outreach to agricultural membership associations, compliance membership associations, Chambers, etc.)
Marketing
  • Assist in executing the marketing plan.
  • Design and develop copywriting for marketing campaigns for e-mail marketing, social media communications, press releases, blog writing projects, etc.
  • Implement and promote social media campaigns that drive inbound leads.
  • Schedule social media activity on relevant sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or Public Relations).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Outlook).
  • 1-2+ years of experience in marketing or sales support.
  • Background in food safety, agriculture, or related fields strongly preferred.
  • Energetic, go-getter, and sincere desire to connect and network with prospective clients in farming, facilities management, etc.
  • Highly organized individual who excels at networking, relationship building, and product knowledge.
  • Able to perform and excel in a team-oriented environment.
