(PSS) is a federal contractor, specializing in placing top talent to work in and support the federal government at various agencies.   We have immediate openings for 2 amazing and dynamic recruiters who have recruiting experience in the federal contracting world.  Our recruiters are high profile individuals who will interact with candidates and our federal clients. We are looking for polished, sharp, and creative recruiters who thrive on connecting candidates with important positions and meaningful work. A TYPICAL WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A PSS RECRUITER
• Full life-cycle recruiting process for new hires.
• Source candidates through a variety of recruitment channels (referrals, social media, recruiter job boards, etc.)
• Develop interview strategies and screen/qualify candidates through phone and in-person interviews.
• Introduce and promote the mission of PSS, including company history and values, to prospective clients and employees.
• Write and develop job postings to attract top talent.
• Develop and update PSS recruitment strategy and philosophy to coordinate with our mission and contract needs.
• Attend high level client meetings to ensure quality of service and coordinate with clients on candidate selection.
• Manage the offer letter negotiation process.
• Develop a strong referral network of candidates with current PSS employees.
• Ensure that all recruiting practices comply with federal and state hiring laws.

IS THIS YOU?
• Possess highly developed presentation and sophisticated communication skills; enjoy interacting face-to-face with clients.
• Possess the ability to partner with internal/external clients with a customer driven focus.
• Have experience interacting and collaborating with mid to high level management.
• Possess excellent client service skills.
• Display strong organization skills and can manage multiple competing priorities.
• Have excellent writing and editing skills.
• Have strong experience in recruiting/sourcing, screening resumes and interviewing candidates in-person and over the phone.
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft suite (especially MS Excel, required).

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 1+ years of progressive human resources / corporate / staffing / recruiting experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​• Previous federal contracting experience is a plus. 

Successful candidates are required to pass a background investigation involving a 10 year criminal history check.
